The plan is to argue for making the discipline of DG formally part of the required architectural curriculum again. However, the future teaching of DG needs to have an entirely novel cognitive approach trying to avoid the failure of being understood as a revival of the old good time architectural drafting procedures but rather to become a disciplinary response to the evolving conditions of the profession and the building industry.
